Welcome to Betty’s Bureau Ltd terms and conditions pages.  By entering this website at www.bettysbureau.co.uk you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and the policies on this website.  The terms and conditions may change periodically and you should review the pages from time to time and upon ordering to review the then terms and conditions and policies.

Products

Whilst we try our best to give you good colour representation, please be aware the actual colour may vary slightly as all computer screens are calibrated differently. Any sizes, weights or other dimensions of the products are approximate or as supplied by the manufacturer.

Postage and Packing

Postage is FREE on all mainland U.K. orders over £75.00. For orders less than this we only charge £1.95 for orders under £10 or £3.95 for orders between £10 & £75.00.

Delivery is via Royal Mail and is usually delivered within 3-5 working days of confirmation of your order.

Price

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate. Postage and Packing where applicable is an additional cost.

When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming the details of your purchase. Your order represents an offer by you to purchase from us. Please carefully check the email and notify us straight away of any errors at sales@bettysbureau.co.uk. When your goods have been dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm this. It is only then that we accept your offer and a contract is formed.

Ordering From Us

As part of the ordering process you will be given the opportunity to check your order at the check out process and correct any errors.  We will send you an order acknowledgment by email, detailing the products you have ordered.  Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the order to you.  When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless you have cancelled your order, within the times stipulated in our delivery policy or we have notified you that we are unable to process or accept your order.

We maintain the right to refuse to accept an order where we have been unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, where the goods are not available, if there has been a pricing or product description error or if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions

Registration

To register with Betty’s Bureau Ltd you must be over eighteen years of age.  We do not permit you to share you username and password with any other person or with multiple users, therefore each registration is for a single user only.  Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.  We maintain the right to suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms.

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Website any material:

We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material which does not adhere to this conduct.
